Yesterday I did a 3 hour long interview session with Virtual Speaker Series. Two 90 minute sessions with a 15 minute break in between. I was terrified because that is an incredibly long time to talk but the host, Michael Simmons, did a great job of keeping me talking.

Truth. Well said Jake.
Just under 30 hours hours, 16000kj, and 1500 TSS in the last 13 days, which includes 3 days forced off the bike with a cold.
I will not let you beat me the way you did last year Lumberjack. I will be prepared.
Another big week planned next week, then some rest.
Wednesday. Getting over a cold. 300 TSS, 75 mi, 2800 kj. NBD.
